tw: weight mention my mom said the most triggering thing to me… basically i opened the door my my uncle and he thought i was my mom…then my mom had the AUDACITY to say “either im losing weight or they’re(as in me) are getting big” 😐 idk man i stepped on the scale and did gain a few pounds back but like now i dont even wanna touch food. ive been struggling with this already🫤

I’m so sorry this happened! I understand, my mom is judgmental about my weight too. If you’re happy with how you are, screw what anyone else thinks! You are perfect as is and deserve to be treated as such. I know how hard it is to eat when you’re feeling self conscious like that though, I usually start with something small, maybe a cucumber or celery, to remind myself that I like food and it is okay to eat. It kind of gets me back into the groove and encourages me to eat more!

Ugh I'm so sorry. I know the struggle with weight insecurities all too well. All I can say is eat at least a little food, healthy food if you need it, and drink lots of water. Don't starve yourself for long periods of time, please. If it comforts you to eat healthier, eat healthier. It will make you lose weight and won't make you feel as bad. And if you want to, exercise. If you truly want to change your body and the way you look, then put in the effort and do it. But don't do it in a way that harms you physically and mentally. There are better ways to change your appearance. Gain the form you want.
@dandelion_flower I'm not saying everyone should look and eat healthy, I'm saying if changing your appearance will make you happier, then I'm all for it. Please do whatever will make you feel better. 💕
