just went into the hospital yesterday for a migraine. and it's back less than 24hrs later. I feel like death I hurt soo badly.

My apologies... I have been on propranolol for going on 2-3 months and just began Topamax yesterday.
I like the propranolol for my anxiety and I'm hoping Topamax works for appetite suppressant as the doctor mentioned.
