I'm good thank you. Recently diagnosed, so its official...trying to let it sink in, but not let it drag me to the bottom with it!

I need to take diclofenac every dau in order to cope with my daily things ... somebody else in this situation? For how many years?

Doing better at this moment 🌝just got to do this one moment at a time.

So far, so good. 🙏

I'm okay tired mostly and stressed out a little.
