honestly, meditation never really helped me, i just got bored. but i do know a few people it has helped, so i think it really depends on the person. i think everyone should at least try it out tho!
Meditation helps me. I listen to one video every night and I. FALL A SLEEP TO THEM. I ALSO LISTEN TO DOG CALMING MUSIC ON YOUTUBE IT RELAXES ME. LOL
Ive had positive experiences with medications!! Some increased anxiety, some didn't. The one i am currently on is very helpful!! I feel little to no anxiety at all, i am peaceful mostly.š
