i’m getting ready to go off my medicine for what i thought was my actual diagnosis but in reality doesn’t seem to be and one of the two is a sleep aid and i was directed to stop taking it and just have had a hard time sleeping, also my anxiety is soo high, and my schedule is crazy. any recommendations of how to do self care or how to tell yourself it’s okay to slow down
