my marriage is falling apart....I don't know how much of it is my fault or how much is caused by my mental illness getting the best of me....I don't know what to do

      Have a sit down with your spouse (once a week) to check in on how you're both doing. Ask Is there anything bothering you? What do we need to work on? You've gotta communicate love I'm sorry, I know you're hurting šŸ¤—

      My first wife and I split, it both our fault. My recent split is totally my fault. Just have to recognize what i need to work on and hope i find someone that understands. :(

      Im in the same boat. Though my husband is a verbally abusive belligerent drunk. Doesnt make the separation any easier. We've already been living apart for a year, and we hate each other more than ever now. Its really sad.

          @mrsking0322 just gotta be patient and give each other time to listen. If it's something worth saving in your eyes maybe couples therapy
