My episodes are all over the place. Even on a very high dose of meds. The lighter ones are fine and for the most part they don't bother me (they are still uncontrolled mind you, I just ignore them) but then there are times where they are too big to ignore

I didn't know I was bipolar until about a year and a half ago. Since diagnosis, with my meds, they've been pretty well controlled, though I do still have them. Looking back, I know I've been bipolar a looong time, and before dx and my current meds regimen, they were all over the place.

My manic episodes are basically gone after being on meds for years but my depressive episodes are still really hard to deal with :/ and no one seems to be able to figure out how to make them better for me. But I'm working on it. ❤️

In the year and a half I've been on my meds, I haven't had a manic episode, but I have had depressive ones. I wish I could just wave a magic wand and make them go away.
