Managing Type 2 Diabetes and Neuropathy

Hi, one of the first things I did to control my diabetes was to start a proper diet, exercise, and lose weight. I lost about 20 kg and this greatly affected my blood tests. I also take metformin which helps me keep my sugar levels low. I think the most important thing is to change your lifestyle and lose weight first before starting the drugs because the drugs alone don't help.
