ive noticed that my meltdowns are becoming more frequent what can i do to manage them im on a mood stabilizer and it works better than the last one i was on but i still have frequent meltdowns

      I wish I could help but I just force myself to sleep before it happens so I don't have to deal with it but in public I just try just about anything to distract myself as much as possible to save my self the embarrassment.☺️
