Ive decided to do Duke of Edinburgh and of course that means alot of walking on yhe expedition. I'm on my 5th day of midodrine and majority of the time it's been keeping my symptoms under control (except palpitations and occasional lightheadedness). But I am still abit worried that I won't be able to do it with the bag and then the hiking. Anyone had any experience with long hikes and heavy bags?
