Feeling Lonely and Pushing Loved Ones Away

that's gotta be one of the worse external problems with depression, I do the same and honestly don't know how to stop. So instead, I tell those I love I'm going through a difficult time and will probably isolate myself while not purposely trying to push them away. I believe it's important to have support from those you love and let them know how you are truly feeling
