      My spondy started interfering with my existence as I grew so I was real young and couldn't understand what/why or that it shouldn't hurt. It wasn't until I was 11 that it got so bad I couldn't sleep or move my legs. So a very long time. At least now I have the spondy diagnosis instead of everyone insisting I was just being lazy 🤷‍♂️
