I'm starting to love myself more after so many years of depression,anxiety,intrusive thoughts etc. I choose something i love about myself everyday,today,i chose to love my self harm scars and my curly hair and it really helps me boost my self esteem,i honestly don't know how i started this habit of finding 1-2 things i love about myself everyday,but it helps alot.

    Wow this is so wholesome and really gives some hope. I have cptsd and low self esteem from it and have been struggling quite a bit lately.

      you can do it,i have the same as well,but yes it really helps alot,especially when you have a bad day
