I clean religiously or set a goal to get something done before noon being productive helps me feel like I'm not completely failing. I also acknowledge that I'm doing what I'm supposed to do for me it's more mental health than physical symptoms so I take my as needed anxiety med and try to accept what happens. At that point I feel like there's nothing more I can do so I walk away when I can and I distract myself when I can't.

Rest, not feeling guilty about taking it easy and comfort shows go a long way.

I have a hard time with this, because health setbacks are a PTSD trigger for me. But I try to stay positive anyway. Taking Hydroxyzine helps a lot, watching my favorite shows and playing games on my phone or reading.

I tend to curl up with my service dogs and Star Trek, especially when I can barely move. I don't get a lot of understanding from docs or those around me, so I make a comforting environment and wait it out

When I’m feeling decent, I make a list of things I’m grateful for… and then when I’m feeling down and hopeless, I reread it. Also sitting outside and listening to my music and looking at the sunlight through the trees helps a lot. And giving my cats kisses!!

I like to memory hoard the good times. So I document everything I can when in a good mood or when something triggers a smile. A random screenshot that sometimes doesn’t make the most sense but when it does… it DOES. I have an insane amount of pictures on my phone but it is absolutely worth it to remember that it’s not always sooooooo so unbearable. Sometimes.. it’s pretty good :)

For me it's my faith. I don't think I would if it's not Him. That's the only answer I have because I don't drink, nor do drugs nor take psy meds like antidepressants but I just trust Him and asked Him for strength
