Juggling Health and Responsibilities

I have anitexy adhd depression diabetes acid reflex and maybe a heart problem. I take one day at a time. I work a full time job. I am bout to go to school. I also take care of my disabled veteran husband. I don't think bout killing myself. I have 4 kids and 5 grandchildren. so when I get anxious or depressed about something, I don't have time, I do what I have to do. I don't cry about it. I don't hide. because I am over 21 and have responsibilities. I am a very busy person.
