I've been having intense pain after running out of methotrexate, anyone have any things they do to combat joint pain? hope you're having a good evening! ♡
Cannabis works wonders for me although its not a long term fix. Other than drugs, taking a 30 minute walk without resting really helps to loosen my back/hips up and then I might take a bath with epson salts. I hope this helps some:)
