It really depends on the day. Sometimes I feel like my Vyvanse makes me more aware and more able to have conversation, and other days it makes me not want to speak at all and makes me anxious during conversation. I also have anxiety disorder though, so I take Lexapro to manage this. I would recommend that to you since you also have anxiety! I had bad experiences with Vyvanse in the past, but my 5 mg (I am underweigh) dosage of Lexapro made it perfect!! Sometimes I have weird days socially, but overall it makes me feel much better emotionally.
