Lower Right Quadrant Abdominal Pain - Iron Deficiency?

I had really bad lower right quadrant abdominal pain last weekend and I think it might happen again. I think it's happening because of my iron deficiency but has anyone else had this happen?

      that's what i thought, but it cleared up after I went to the doctor and I haven't had any pain since. That was 2 weeks ago. So I really don't know what it could have been!
