Insomnia is kicking my butt. But I am also manic so my energy is still high. So it’s like a zombie in someways. I am in a lot of pain too from fibromyalgia and chronic migraines. I have different prescriptions but nothing helps
When was the last time you went to see your psychiatrist? It sounds like the worsening insomnia is part of the symptoms of the mania and not a symptom on its own. When I had manic attacks they manifested themselves in lack of sleep. I suggest you go to a psychiatrist and check, maybe you need medication.
