If anyone else is like me and has a hard time sleeping, especially falling asleep. I've found the app Loóna works so well! It has different sleep scapes and various different stories and music/sounds that help to sooth the mind and relax for bedtime. It has been helpful with my anxiety and insomnia and I have been sleeping much better since I found the app 😌
