I was diagnosed with sjogren's back in March and now I have no clue what is part of it and what isn't. I'm not used to bringing up health symptoms cause for the longest time I was called a faker and told it was just in my head because no one ever found anything wrong so now I don't share easily the things going on but with this diagnosis I'm trying to be on top of any symptoms I do get but I can't determine if my rheumatologist needs to know about the symptoms or not. I let the fear of it being all in my head win and now my rheumatologist needs to see me asap to run labs and evaluate me to see if I need an MRI of my brain. ptsd and trauma can really affect how things are handled today.
