I want to talk to people that I trust about things that I need to get off my chest but feel nervous talking to them and start to get anxiety. I went for four years without thanking to someone about my great grandfather dying but I really wanted to meet him and by the end I was having sucide thoughts a lot of days. I need serious help.

But an important thing to understand is that the real friends will be able to relate to this and listen, and further support you more. A lot of people even when you open up to them, think of you as more real and strong for being able to communicate these feelings with them. Of course do it to your own extent and comfort.
