I have been homeless for 9 months and finally found a place to live. I also recently decided to go off prescribed opioids. I'm through the worst of the withdrawal but feel this will probably take awhile because I've been on them for many years.
A lot of positive things finally happening and trying to put the past 9 months behind me. Kind of in the middle of the dust settling right now.
Yay you!!! Gotta do what's best for you! I've never been on an opioid but when I got off one of my prescriptions it was like going through withdrawal. I got baker acted while going through my withdrawal. It was horrid. But you're doing so good! Keep it up!
