I love global warming haha. Thankfully I did make it home and after a bit on my bed curled next to the ac I feel a bit better, almost ready for food πŸ™

My bp was 180/118 last time I went to the doctor, but I was also super anxious lol. So probably not from the POTS but I'm sure I hit that randomly in the day pretty regularly

Yeah I felt that! My new high was 203 bpm a few weeks ago and it felt terrible. If your BPM continues to get that high take note of it, and if it happens more and more or feels worse than usual , than contact your doctor. They can recommend or give higher doses of medication, salt supplementation, or IV therapy.

Yeah, this summer has been brutal, I was out pulling weeds for my dad and I was just vibing in the 190s. Then I sat down and I couldn't walk for a solid two hours.
