I’ve had to deal with this so many times. Especially when I was in school. I’ve also suffered from insomnia so thats usually when I’d take time to myself. Listen to music and think. It usually helps to not be alone as well. Have some friends, online or irl, that you can talk to when you feel like you’re slipping. If I don’t have someone to ground me, I’ll usually just spiral
I'm just starting to recover from something like that, so I'll try to share some tips. First of all, try doing things you enjoy to take your mind off it. Second, try your best to maintain a schedule and basic hygiene to try and create more order in your life.
