Anyone else have this occurrence? Whenever I have an outbreak my period will not start until it clears up. Everything online says it has no effect on periods so I wanted to ask people actually dealing with it.
I don’t get periods. But, from what i know our stress and anxiety can affect periods occurrence as well as herpes outbreaks. So I don’t know if there is a direct connection between herpes outbreaks and periods delay but i can tell that they are both related to stress and mental health
