Heat and Cold Intolerance: A Frustrating Struggle

I completely understand because I am both heat and cold intolerant… it started off with just not being able to be in the cold but now it’s also heat… summer use to be my favorite time of year because I always felt better doing the summer but now it’s spring and it’s hot and I can’t handle it… it’s rough.. I’m more dizzy outside, my face hurts worse.. my eyes hurt and it makes my vision even more blurry than it already is.. I can stay hydrated but I still feel as though I’m going to pass out.

I am on the same page with heat intolerance. I have to sleep with a fan on and only a thin sheet (no blankets) at night or I wake up extremely nauseous and dry heaving. Even during the winter when it gets below freezing. I can’t stand the heat whatsoever and I have no idea why. I always keep the house at 60° because I can’t live with it any warmer lol. I miss being outside too, I’m sorry :(

I feel this so much, summer time is so bad for me any time I go out with family and friends to amusement parks it’s as if I’m in this waiting game for when my body is going to pass out or I’ll be so nauseated i can’t walk or can’t go on any sort of ride. And winter time being out is miserable as well, I love that time of year but my body cannot handle the cold without going into panic and being in pain. I’m wishing you the best <3
