absolutely despise being both heat AND cold intolerant. I miss being able to enjoy warm weather without throwing up and passing out. I've never liked cold weather because I've always been cold intolerant (although I didn't know until I was 8 and moved from Florida to Ohio), but when I was 20 I suddenly developed neuropathy in my right leg, which I still haven't regained complete function of, and I can't handle anything above 75-80 degrees anymore. I want to be home in the tropics but there's no way my body would let me. I just miss the things I've lost

I completely understand because I am both heat and cold intolerantā¦ it started off with just not being able to be in the cold but now itās also heatā¦ summer use to be my favorite time of year because I always felt better doing the summer but now itās spring and itās hot and I canāt handle itā¦ itās rough.. Iām more dizzy outside, my face hurts worse.. my eyes hurt and it makes my vision even more blurry than it already is.. I can stay hydrated but I still feel as though Iām going to pass out.
I am on the same page with heat intolerance. I have to sleep with a fan on and only a thin sheet (no blankets) at night or I wake up extremely nauseous and dry heaving. Even during the winter when it gets below freezing. I canāt stand the heat whatsoever and I have no idea why. I always keep the house at 60Ā° because I canāt live with it any warmer lol. I miss being outside too, Iām sorry :(
I feel this so much, summer time is so bad for me any time I go out with family and friends to amusement parks itās as if Iām in this waiting game for when my body is going to pass out or Iāll be so nauseated i canāt walk or canāt go on any sort of ride. And winter time being out is miserable as well, I love that time of year but my body cannot handle the cold without going into panic and being in pain. Iām wishing you the best <3
