Heartbroken and Alone: My Husband Wants a Divorce

I am terrified, my husband has been my rock and my best friend through all my surgeries and health complications. it has now gotten to the point he no longer wants to live with this and has asked for a divorce. I feel so lost and alone and heart broken. we've been together 12 years and I don't know how I'm going to survive without him, please help
