    Before you execute these thoughts, you should go see a psychiatrist. Violent thoughts can be very dangerous. I have a friend from the institution I am in who almost murdered his father like that because the headmate told him to. Suggest not to wait with it and go to a psychiatrist.

    Adding on to what David said, violent thoughts can also be the result of other disorders and things like trauma. Do you know what's causing the violent thoughts? If not, you should try to discover the root cause, and see a psychiatrist/therapist.
