Hey y'all so I think I fucked up my shoulder joints? I was at the gym for the first time in like 6 yrs and everything was wonderful and fine, I was doing arm + shoulders and having a friend watch me, but the next day I woke up and while my arms were expectedly sore my shoulder joints hurt like hell. like I usually have to push myself up from sitting bc of knee and ankle pain but my shoulders have gotten so bad that I can barely push a door open. I went over 48 hours ago and it's only gotten worse. Do y'all have any idea why that might be, or how to remedy it until I see a doctor in a few days? my theory is that I was just popping them out of their sockets repeatedly and not noticing
