Finding My Way: Life Goals at 18

All I can really say is take it one day at a time dont overwhelm your self rn I'm 21 and still have some things I'm still figuring out I tried doing everything thing at 18 and it ended badly for me so take it easy set manageable goals and slowly but steadily try to achieve them

may i add my social anxiety is at its limit, and its on the way of my life style, and it doesnt help that this year i was supposed to graduate but couldnt due to the various absences from school, i cant help but feel so lost
