I don’t find motivation I just make myself do it because not doing it will make me feel even shittier about myself 🙃
I make myself do it and if I don't do it I don't get to eat un healthy foods lol
I like to workout before I start any task for the day. I get to then clean myself up and I feel refreshed. Personally, when I say “I’ll do it later”, I know that I’ll end up pushing it off. Set a goal for yourself even if it’s 5 minutes and find something you like to do!
