I second Finch for mental health check-ins. You both need to sit down when you're calm and discuss the things that are upsetting you both in a neutral way. Don't start sentences with "you did x." That immediately shifts the other person into defense and most likely will shut down. Framing things in a way that gives the other person some space to think about your responsibility and their own in a situation is far more likely to yield positive results. No raised voices or the conversation stops there. You both have to be willing to accept your own responsibilities. Afterward, or when you want to stop for that time, reaffirm that you both love each other. Joke around a bit.

I think you guys should talk about what's been bothering each other.. even tho it won't fix the actual problem that caused you guys to not be ok.. but it just sounds like you're letting thing pile up which doesn't help eitheršŸ˜„

My husband and I argue a lot when we are stressed out too. Its normal. Just make sure you both can sit down and take time to effectively communicate without bringing in emotion. šŸ’•
