What's Your Biggest Struggle Right Now?

Going back to work after being on sick leave. Having driving lessons so worried about paying for them if I stay on sick leave.

I'm struggling with supporting my daughter with her struggles without letting it trigger me. She has a bipolar/ADHD diagnosis and is exploring the possibility that she also has Autism and DID. On top of that she has weight and joint issues that makes it impossible for her to work. She is considering applying for disability. I'm giving her all the love and understanding I can, but I'm worried for her because these issues get her really depressed sometimes. She's an adult, so all I can do is be there for her.

Trying to stay motivated with my schooling and have a will to live, while living in poor living conditions

Income. My conditions and disabilities make it very difficult to work a job. And no one wants part time people right now.

dealing with past feelings 😞 it's really hard for me to move on and focus on the future instead

Probably trying to not find comfort in sadness again

Trying to find the energy to apply for a job, trying to find the energy to do my hobbies, trying to get a decent sleep schedule, trying to make irl friends, trying to make money to buy stuff for new hobbies and stuff I can sell

My biggest struggle is not getting upset when people in my life don't understand what I am going through even though I try and tell them.
