I take Gelatin capsules and a Biotin for my hair and nails. My hair has really grown long in a year. But my nails are finally getting better. It’s taken forever. I quit Gabapentin a long time ago. I was on a very high dose and it was making me very sleepy.

I lose a lot of hair naturally, but no bald spots, so I take it in stride. I've been on gabapentin but not currently. However, my shedding issues persist, so I think it's just me not the medication.
