Dealing with Chondromalacia of the Patellae

I was diagnosed with chondromalacia patella with patella maltracking in 2017. I feel like nobody on here is talking about these conditions. I'll happily talk about them if you'd like :)

this was the closest to my condition I could find, I have patella femoral malignment and it's nowhere to be found on here, I'm sorry about your condition, are you able to do PT in order to help?
