Hi! I'm new here! My goal in life is to destroy the circle of abuse and generational trauma within my family. My journey starts with caring for myself and getting genetic disorders diagnosed and treated before they become life threatening. I recently had a Colonscopy/Endoscopy that indicated I probably have Crohn's, but I'm waiting on biopsy and lab results. I am currently recovering from a hemorrhoidectomy after about a decade of trying to medically advocate for myself. I have, also, been in DBT, brainspotting, CBT and individual therapies on and off for the last 13 years. Recently, I started seeing a psychiatrist and dietician, and I have plans to try EMDR. I hope to find support and advice from the community on here. What's your story!?
