I would really appreciate a 'Trauma Buddy' or someone to be there with me when I talk to friends and I am afraid of saying things wrong or having to mask my symptoms just to have a safe/good evening. it's so scary to me. I know it's a lot to ask for. I feel so alone in this. even with the support. Inspirational quotes and advice just doesn't cut it, more often now. and I am so tired. does anyone know how to find a buddy/friend like that? or have done so in the past?

I can be someone you can talk to! Your best bet is finding people online or finding a group of people who meet for that kind of thing like group therapy or a support group!
