The wildfire smoke just made its way over here and I feel so sick. My heart is beating pretty fast and my blood oxygen has been low. Every time I step outside I feel like I’m going to throw up. My head is throbbing and I’m dizzy. I had like a strange pain in the left side of my chest like I’m being poked with needle but it went away. What should I do?

I'm sorry the smog is affecting you 🫂 When it came through my area, I wore a mask outside and stayed indoors as much as possible. Another option is to get an air filter in your house. That way you will only be exposed when outside. I hope it passes through quickly and you'll start to feel better ❤️🫂
