Feeling Lost: Do You Ever Struggle with Your Identity?

Thank you, boos👻 i was pretty vague but that was the best way to just sum things up. I know what I like & what I don’t like, but im very unsure about my personality. I present myself a certain way one day, then a complete way another day. I never really thought this was a deal but it’s began to consume a lot of my time

I feel like there have been points in my life where I was very confident in who I was as a person and other times that I lost my grip on my identity. I've had to rebuild that relationship with myself and redefine who I am again and again. Over time I've identified some of my core values and strengths and I try to remind myself of this when I feel like I'm losing that connection.
