Does anyone else ever just get randomly sad and feel lonely? Like you feel like nobody really likes you or cares about you and you feel such a deep profound lack of connection? I sometimes feel like I’m on the outside looking in. I feel like, more often than not, I’m not paid attention to or that people don’t take the time to truly get to know me, even when I attempt to reach out. When I DO attempt to form connections, I feel like they’re either not reciprocated or are taken the wrong way. Any tips for how to actually connect and form more meaningful relationships?
What worked for me best was to be part of social circles, you can find them in work, gym, neighbourhood or any other social meeting. Warning! it takes some time, and we must be patient
Yeah, I know. I just feel like it’s difficult for me to form deeper connections. I’m not sure if that’s because of my own mental issues, other people not reciprocating, or a mixture of both.
