I just got diagnosed back in July and I don't know if I'm just being sensitive but it just seems like my doctors are so upset with me because I haven't changed everything single aspect of my life even though I'm doing my best. Does anyone else feel like this?

Doctors are great when they care, but they sometimes forget about being a human. Having PCOS does require a whole lifestyle change, but it definitely doesn't happen overnight. I'm 14 years in and I feel like I didn't get into a groove until about 6 years ago, so keep making your progress at your pace and figuring what works for you and what doesn't. šŸ¤—
