@shimba if you can seek professional help, please do it soon. Unfortunately many of us experience that same lost feeling at times, the important thing is to not get stuck in that feeling. Write down things that are making you feel overwhelmed and in a day or two look at that list and find a rational solution for each, it makes it less scary for me to deal with at times.
