Feeling discouraged and frustrated! I went to my RA doctor and felt the appointment went horrible!! They didn’t help me and didn’t even listen to anything I was saying and made it seam like I was crazy. Oh no that doesn’t happen no way okay but it happens to me hear me listen!!! Plus idk if it’s the stress or the sjogren but it hurts just to be in my skin Iam so itchy and just irritated all the time. I even tried using a ice pack on my leg and I guess held it there too long it burned my skin and now I have a big ugly mark on my leg like a constant reminder that Iam sick Iam different and more sensitive to everything! I just feel so helpless sad hurting not valid and alone!!! Just having a really hard time right now…
