Do any of you have moments when you’re not fully present? Like your not really in your body… kind of like your watching yourself from somewhere else. I’ve been having more of these feelings lately and then get panic attacks. Any suggestions on how to deal with this?

      I’m thinking you’re dissociating. My advice is to find something to ground yourself but it’s really tricky to be present sometimes.

      That sounds like when I dissociate. I was in a state of dissociative psychosis when I was on Zoloft and it was like I could see my body but it’s not me and I couldn’t control it
