Loneliness sucks. I have no friends in my area.

I've gotten so much out of my relationship with my therapist. Having someone, even just that one person, who will listen to everything I have to say has been more helpful than any medication I've tried.
I understand. I'm right there with you. I wish I could promise things will get better, but I don't know what the future holds any more than anyone else. I do know that there is a POTENTIAL for things to improve. Have you considered moving to a different location? Changing something up in your life so that you're around different people?
Hang in there. I’m sure things will be better soon enough 😊
@Jennynicole345 if you look at Brian's profile, you'll see his depression and anxiety are like... 7 years old. Things will most certainly not get better soon and it's insensitive of you to say they will.
@PlacentalRat it's ok really
@PlacentalRat I’m sorry I did not know I was just trying to be positive. I’m sorry I did not mean to be insensitive.
