I can't afford EMDR with my provider anymore. The price is going up by $80 a week, which I can't do with regular therapy (already went from once a week to every other week). I have already dropped acupuncture and MFR for financial reasons, and I am just feeling really mad about how expensive it is to treat chronic illness. It's absolute bullshit. Meanwhile at least one of my abusers is a very financially successful lawyer in a big city. *He* doesn't have to spend his whole paycheck on medical care. How is that fair?!?!?
