I have been having severe panic attacks because of my GERD symptoms lately and have found it hard to be alone, so I sleep with my partner every night even if I'm not tired (I'm an insomniac so I end up just sitting in bed awake on my phone). Last night I tried to stay up alone and immediately had a panic attack. I'm not sure if the loneliness triggered it or it was something I ate, but it was an awful time.
