Is anyone here diagnosed with pots? I've been trying to figure out the sources of some of my symptoms. Within the past few months, I have been dealing with a lot of shakiness, weakness, dizziness and fatigue. Normally these symptoms start after standing for too long, getting too hot, or when I'm doing a hands on task (ie. painting) for too long. Things usually start off mild with just a shaky hand, but if I don't take a break from what I'm doing, it progresses to weakness, feeling dizzy/nauseated, and my whole body just feels off (like I might pass out). What helps me feel better is laying down and eating/drinking something. Originally, I thought it was related to my iron deficiency. However I have been taking iron supplements for a while now and specifically the shakiness has not improved at all. Do these symptoms sound familiar to anyone (especially the tremor aspect)? Any suggestions for management?
