im so tired of sinus infection I've had one almost everyday since December I even got a surgery last month to fix it. it didn't go way for 3 week. my dr said it took time after the surgery. I was ok with that till after a week of no infection here I am with another one thats just crazy im so anger and sad but mostly tired

I used to have this issue. Here is how I solved it. I now sleep with a humidifier on. I use a heated face mask, the type you microwave once a day. I also use Certainty smart shield. It serves a dual purpose for preventing and treating an infection but also preventing covid. It's about 15$ a bottle on Amazon but it lasts a few months.
